No Show and Late Policy Information

No Show Policy

We kindly request that you cancel or reschedule your visits within one business day (24-hour notice). Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a fee being charged for missed appointments at our discretion. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated to ensure smooth scheduling for all our clients.

Late Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays or missed appointments. If you find yourself stuck in traffic or just generally running a little late, please call us as soon as possible so we can adjust your appointment status and inform our staff, particularly the doctor. Additionally, if you realize you will be unable to attend your appointment at all, please notify us immediately. This allows us the chance to offer your slot to another patient in need on the same day.

Health Insurance

To ensure we can validate your identity and insurance coverage, we require a copy of your driver’s license or another form of photo identification, along with your current health insurance card. Please remember to bring these items with you for each visit. This will help us provide you with efficient and accurate service.

Please browse the drop-down menus below for our lists of medical insurance plans we accept at the Allergy Institute!

Please note: If your primary care physician (PCP) directs your care, you must have pre-approval or a referral before seeing one of our allergy specialists. Without pre-approval, charges for the visit become your responsibility.

Payment

  • Please be advised that payments are due at the time of service. This includes co-payments, deductibles, co-insurance, and any outstanding balances.
  • We accept payment by debit cards and most major credit cards.
  • Self-pay patients (patients without insurance) are welcome.

To deliver a more convenient and consistent payment experience for our patients, we can keep a credit card on file for a smoother, quicker check-out process upon appointment completion. This also helps our staff work more efficiently and simplifies handling recurring appointments, saving time and reducing hassle for our patients.
